By downloading, installing, or using AndroMouse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

AndroMouse is a remote control application that allows you to control your computer using your Android device over a local WiFi network. The App includes features such as:

  • Trackpad and mouse control
  • Keyboard input
  • Presentation remote
  • Media control
  • File transfer
  • Custom remote builder
  • Power control options

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App

Free and Pro Versions

AndroMouse is available in two versions:

  • Free Version: Includes basic features at no cost
  • Pro Version: One-time purchase that unlocks all features

Pro purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's payment terms and refund policies.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to control the computer you connect to
  • Maintaining the security of your local network
  • Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Any actions performed on your computer through the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or files
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Damage to your computer or devices
  • Unauthorized access to your systems

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AndroMouse, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
